The conference was held in the Slovenian and English language. Simultaneous translation was provided on the first and the second day for all the plenary sessions, workshops and round tables, while on the second day on the project market the staff was available to assist participants communication.
The conference was led by Marjeta Gašperšič, director of RIC Novo mesto.
