Challenges in the educational process of Roma children who are involved in an adapted educational programme

I will present the basic trends, which are indicated by the observations and statistics in the process of integration, and education of Roma children – in the adapted programme of the elementary school OŠ Dragotina Ketteja in Novo mesto. In relation to this, the key challenges will be exposed, which the professional staff at school faces daily when working with Roma children, as well as some examples of good practice.
