Free pick up service will be available for all the INVITED GUESTS. For all other participants, arriving by plane to Ljubljana or Zagreb airport, the service will have to be paid for individually.
If you use the conference taxi service, the price is 90€ for a one-way ticket.

You are kindly requested to remain patient while the driver collects all the participants arriving around the same time.
You are kindly asked to indicate at the registration desk the exact time of your departure!
The organizers can provide transfer from the airport only for the participants who indicate their flight details in the registration form. Please send the additional flight details to the organizers by Monday, November 16th, 2015, at the latest.
A driver will be waiting for the participants arriving by air. Please look for your name tag and the Conference Logo at the arrival hall.
It could occur that some participants will need to wait for other participants, who are arriving little bit later, due to the fact that they will use joint transfer. If this is the case, we kindly ask you for your patience and we would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.
