Healthy Communities – The transformation of the grass roots project into a National one

We would like to share our unique experiences and lessons learned with the conference participants.
Our activities are focused on health and health care but they comprise very strong educational and employment aspects.
All activities are created together with a focus group which is unique from the national and also from the European point of view.
Project activities cover almost 1/3 of the whole focus group of the targeted population of the country.
